Born and raised in Texas, Vicky Mashaw relocated to Northern Virginia in 2006 to provide her three daughters with access to vibrant cultural institutions, diverse communities, and exciting new opportunities. She quickly fell in love with the area—so much so that she decided to make it her forever home.

As a dedicated single parent, Vicky built a successful career in marketing while putting her daughters through college. Inspired by their encouragement, she pursued her own academic goals, earning a Bachelor of Science in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University (cum laude) and an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College. Her education, combined with 20 years of marketing experience, has equipped her with essential skills in research, communication, and collaboration—tools she now applies to real estate.
